THE INTERNATIONAL DOCTORAL COLLOQUIUM AND CONFERENCE is organized to be a forum for academics and practitioners in the field of business management and entrepreneurship to meet, exchange views, share research results related to issues in business management and entrepreneurship. The theme for the 2025 Doctoral Colloquium is “Application of AI in Management and Entrepreneurship Research to Foster Sustainable Economic Development”. The scope of the topic discussion is not only limited to the fields of Business Management and Entrepreneurship, but also includes other more specific fields, such as Finance & Accounting, Marketing, Operations & Decision, Human Resources Management, Strategic & Economics, and Tourism.

The Doctoral Colloquium aims to contribute to a transformative journey for doctoral students, who will not only receive feedback on their doctoral research but will also learn about the fundamentals of a doctoral journey, such as research methods, publishing from a PhD, and reviewing for journals, as well as receiving advice on academic career options. Doctoral Colloquium provides an entrance point into a larger community of peers and active management scholars.

With a series of presentations, panel discussions, and networking sessions, the Doctoral Colloquium and Conference aims to foster a productive exchange of ideas, strengthen collaboration between institutions and disciplines, and celebrate the academic achievements of doctoral students.
